Salice RW018 Sport Sunglass (RW Red/White Red)
018RW-WH-RD
A lightweight performance sunglass for riders with smaller faces who want a genuinely snug fit without sacrificing proper sport-lens protection.
Overview
The Salice RW018 is built around a simple idea: not every rider needs or wants a large shield frame. It's a very lightweight, snug-fitting design that Salice specifically calls out as suited to smaller faces, where oversized sport frames tend to sit loose or slip.
This Red/White Red colorway pairs a Grilamid frame with Megol rubber on the internal temple tips and temple ends for grip, and an RW Rainbow lens that's multicoated on the outside to cut glare off bright surfaces like water, ice and snow, with an anti-glare treatment on the inside to reduce reflection dazzle.
It's a straightforward, no-frills performance frame for riders who want solid sport optics in a compact, lightweight package rather than a large wraparound shield.
Why You'll Like It
-
Built for smaller faces
Where many sport sunglasses are sized for larger frames, the RW018 is specifically designed to sit snugly on smaller faces without the gaps or slipping that oversized frames cause. -
Genuinely lightweight
The Grilamid frame keeps weight low, so the glasses disappear on your face rather than becoming a constant reminder on longer rides. -
Cat. 3 glare protection
The RW Rainbow lens's exterior multicoating cuts light blinding from glaring surfaces like water, ice and snow while delivering category 3 protection. -
Stays clean in wet conditions
The waterproof-treated lens surface sheds dust and water so the lens stays clear through rain and spray rather than smearing.
Who Is It For?
Riders with smaller or narrower faces who've found typical sport sunglasses too large or loose, and anyone who wants a lightweight, no-fuss performance frame for everyday training rides rather than a large shield-style frame.
Good to Know
The lens is removable and replaceable, so a scratched or damaged lens can be swapped rather than requiring a whole new frame. UV400 protection means full ultraviolet coverage regardless of the lens tint.
