I have received a unboxed, used and damaged product and am awaiting the response from the Customer Service Team after my complaint made with photos. Extremely unethical for a Company to sell a used and abused product as new. Being a new company, this is the time to create a reputation and they have failed. Awaiting the resolution.
Sorry about that - the product indeed was dusty, not used though.
We're looking into this and will ensure that you have a better product.
