The RAPIDFIRE PLUS lever is suited to quick shifting, giving riders the ability to downshift three gears in one stroke.The SHIMANO ALIVIO SL-M3100-L shifting lever provides quick lever access and light and responsive shifting for 3x9-speed mountain bike drivetrains. The RAPIDFIRE PLUS lever features 2WAY-RELEASE, which allows for relief shifts by either pull of the index finger or push of the thumb.
