Product quality super but Bumsonthesaddel service is poor

I ordered disk break caliper and on the same day; when i recieved the product, i request for a return, but they refused to return the amount instead give me credit points to further shop from their website. I called you 5 times and ask why you rejected my request for return even though I never installed or used the product, this really raises the trust issue with your company never going to buy from your website.

A perfect replacement for failed hydraulic brakes

Was having problems with my rear brake disc caliper,replaced with the shimano mechanical ,now perfect braking.

Excellent mechanical disc brakes

If you dislike your flatmount hydraulic road disc brakes, then this is an excellent mechanical alternative. Was a breeze to install, and works well with my 105 cable shifters. Although some of the modulation of a hydraulic brake is lacking, this brake set has good stopping power. Add to it the absence of any annoying rotor/disc rub, you have an excellent product.
