When set right (for me atleast) .. they have a sharp and strong bite point with not much modulation. But you can set it up to have better modulation as well

Really good brakes.

They say TRP is for raw power and shimano is more for modulation. But if set up right you can achieve a sharp bite point .. lovely no Faf powerful brakes.. and I got it for trialsy stuff on my jumper.. Instant confidence booster to do bigger pedal kick drops..
