To make riding on technical terrain safer, the pedals from the Deore XT series feature adjustable pins as well as a wider platform whose shape and profile are modeled after the XTR premium model to improve traction. At the same time, the SPD clip-in mechanism allows for quick and smooth engagement. In combination with the newly introduced CL-MT001 cleats, you can also enter from various angles. While the durable outer cage protects the pedal mechanism from rock strikes and impacts, the proven construction with sealed bearings ensures smooth and reliable performance even in mud, dust and wet conditions. The result is a pair of pedals that not only instill confidence on uneven terrain but also respond reliably in critical moments – ideal for aggressive Trail and Enduro rides.
