Initially had lot of hiccups but after that happy with the product

I have a Sora Group set and was looking for 11-34 teeth cassette, but didn't find it on any website. So, I was going through the BOTS page and found the SRAM PG-950 9 Speed Cassette, but I was not sure if it would be compatible with my bike hub and chain. So I contacted their helpdesk. and they confirmed it was compatible, then I placed the order.

I didn't install it, as I didn't get time to take the bike to the Service Centre, after 15 days from the delivery, I took it to the service Centre and got it replaced.

Initially, for the first 2 days, it was creating a lot of noise, as I was using the Sora 9-speed Crank, derailleur and KMC X9 chain. I got the derailleur adjusted multiple times in 2 days, and after around a 100 Km ride, the noise stopped. I'm happy with the performance now.
