I wouldn’t even give one star. It has been over 16 days, and my item still hasn’t been delivered. There’s been no clear communication or delivery date, and this delay has caused me significant inconvenience. Completely unacceptable service.

My new trek generation 4 Marlin bike is very excellent, I personally thanks to trek company and bums on the saddle company Bangalore for giving me such excellent cycle, it is very smooth to ride and easy to gear, my recycle is like a birds feather, it is very lightweight, I love very much,

Every time I ride it, I feel the quality and precision Trek is known for. Whether it's uphill climbs, long-distance rides, or city commuting, this cycle delivers outstanding performance.
