There is no such thing as one bike that can do it all, but Cross-Check comes pretty damn close. It's a dyed-in-the-wool commuter and utility rig. It was a "gravel crusher" long before "gravel bikes" existed. Some people have even raced cyclocross on it. Though, we don't necessarily condone that behavior. Cross-Check was the first complete bike we ever offered. Since then, people have modified them hundreds of different ways to suit their riding styles and preferences. There’s a reason that nearly every person who has ever worked for Surly has owned one.

This Product is Genuine and covered by a Brand warranty ensuring freedom from defects in materials and workmanship for a duration of 3 year from the date of the original purchase.

Exclusions

Misuse or Negligence: The warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, abuse, or negligent handling of the products, including but not limited to improper installation, disassembly, or modification.
Unauthorized Repairs or Alterations: Any attempt to repair or alterations by individuals or service providers not authorized by the manufacturer will void the warranty.
Natural Wear and Tear: Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic deterioration, scratches, dents and fading over time, are excluded from the warranty coverage.
Accidents or External Forces: Damages caused by accidents, improper packing, collisions, unauthorized tampering or exposure to extreme external forces (e.g., impacts, falls, or severe weather conditions) are not covered under this warranty.
