Useful to have on rides

The taste is reasonable though it cannot be called tasty by any yardstick. The energy bar does not taste stale and retains reasonable freshness. It does the job of providing energy on my rides when I suddenly feel hungry on my usual morning rides of 40-50kms. I keep one bar on my frame bag and usually half a bar is enough for my morning rides to take away the pangs of sudden hunger, which otherwise makes me overeat during breakfast. One star reduced for taste.
