Unived Complete Protein Powder (Raw Unflavoured)
8906095144914
A complete vegan protein — pea + yeast at PDCAAS 1.0 — engineered to match whey's amino-acid completeness, with a built-in enzyme blend for easier digestion.
Overview
Pea protein on its own is naturally low in the amino acid methionine, so it isn't technically a complete protein. Complete Protein Raw solves that by pairing pea protein isolate with yeast protein, giving a complete amino acid profile that scores a PDCAAS of 1.0 — the same top rating as whey, and the highest possible score for protein quality.
It's built to be genuinely comfortable to digest: plant proteins are typically harder on the gut than dairy, which is where the bloating associated with many vegan proteins comes from. A built-in six-enzyme blend (proteases, glucoamylase, phytase and alpha-galactosidase) supports the breakdown and absorption of the protein dose, so it sits more comfortably than a plain single-source plant protein.
This is the raw, unflavoured version — no added sweeteners, flavours or colours, just protein and enzymes, so you control the taste and can blend it into a smoothie, oats, coffee, or baking.
Why You'll Like It
PDCAAS 1.0 complete protein
All nine essential amino acids in the amounts your body needs, matching whey's completeness — from a plant source.
Built-in digestive enzyme blend
Supports breakdown and absorption of a plant-protein dose, meaningfully reducing the bloating that plant proteins are known for.
30g protein per serving
Including 5.58g of BCAAs, supporting muscle repair, maintenance and growth alongside training and a balanced diet.
Raw, unflavoured, clean-label
Free from soy, dairy, added sugar, nuts, gluten, artificial colours, fillers and preservatives — just protein and enzymes.
Who Is It For?
This suits anyone building daily protein intake — active individuals, athletes, and non-athletes alike — who wants a complete, easily-digested vegan protein without committing to a specific flavour. It's a strong pick for cooking and baking, or for blending into your own preferred smoothie or shake recipe.
A useful daily guide is around 1.5g of protein per kg of body weight for active individuals, up to 2g per kg for athletes — one scoop contributes 30g toward that target.
Good to Know
This is a protein supplement, not a meal replacement or a substitute for a varied diet. Contains a small amount of naturally occurring sugars (no sugar added). If you're pregnant, nursing, or managing a health condition, check with your doctor before starting any new supplement.
