I used to get dehydrated with occasional cramps since I wasn’t used to drinking salt water. So just taking one tablet for a 60km ride is enough to stop dehydration but of course normal water intake is required during the ride.
Been using Unived Salt caps for the last one year now. It always amazes me on what a significant role these salt caps play when I am going for long rides be it outdoors or indoors. If I am doing an easy ride for an hour keeping an avg.speed of 25-27kmph then I would pop one but if its a longer ride with much higher intensity then I would pop two caps which would last me for about 50mins to 01 hour.
