There was a delivery issue from the courier team where my Thule Rack box was completely broken and missed with required parts, but Bumsonsaddle support team really works hard to get it replaced on priority, Thanks Bumsonsaddle team. I can see good quality support is available on Bumsonsaddle so really happy about it.
I have been using this for over 4 years now with my Hyundai Creta. This carrier gets a cable tightening system unlike others that are fixed by nylon tapes. I have used this carrier to trasnport 2 MTBs each weighing around 14kgs and the carrier held up without a sound, a wiggle or any movement whatsoever over long distances in excess of 800 kms. I have also used it to transport my road bikes and it does a great job. The carrier is very sturdy and does not move even one cm on long rides with 2 bikes loaded on it. The only drawback is that it is very difficult to mount 3 bikes on it despite it being advertised so. But to load and transport 2 bikes of any kind, is no problem whatsoever. The carrier can be folded easily for storage at home and once folded it is quite compact. All in all this is one well designed carrier that does the intended task very well. I think it is best suited for SUVs and needs to be adjusted a little bit to fit a vehicle by someone who knows how to fix bike carriers.
Actually I purchased this model which doesn’t suits for Xc60 but even though with some technician planning I had purchased and now I fitted to my vehicle Volvo XC 60 with minor alteration really it has a beautiful formula where the weight doesn’t load to a single point. really, I love this.
