Bad first experience

I got a wrong size of arm sleeve so i tried to exchange it which took me 2 to 3 emails and then i did not get the size i wanted so i got a larger size . They charged 300/- rs to get the piece collected and another 300/- rs for sending a new one . Total weight is probably 100gms . How on earth does it take 300/- rs one way to ship an envelope of 100gms . Basically it is like a punishment if you order a wrong size ! Will never recommend this site to anyone. I spent almost double the amount then the cost of the product and am still not satisfied with the product.
