Bearack products are covered by the following warranty terms ensuring freedom from defects in materials and workmanship.

Warranty Coverage:

  • Metal Parts: Lifetime
  • Plastic Components: 2 years

This warranty covers all metal parts of our rack for the lifetime of the product. Plastic components are covered for a period of two years from the date of purchase

Exclusions
  • Misuse or Negligence: The warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, abuse, or negligent handling of the products, including but not limited to improper installation, disassembly, or modification.
  • Unauthorized Repairs or Alterations: Any attempt to repair or alterations by individuals or service providers not authorized by the manufacturer will void the warranty.
  • Natural Wear and Tear: Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic deterioration, scratches, dents and fading over time, are excluded from the warranty coverage.
  • Accidents or External Forces: Damages caused by accidents, improper packing, collisions, unauthorized tampering or exposure to extreme external forces (e.g., impacts, falls, or severe weather conditions) are not covered under this warranty.
  • Incompatible Use: The warranty does not extend to damages resulting from using the products in ways inconsistent with their intended purpose or specifications.
  • Failure to Follow Instructions: Damages arising from a failure to follow the product's operating instructions, guidelines, or recommended practices as outlined in the user manual are not covered.
  • Battery Exclusions: For products with rechargeable Lithium-ion batteries, the warranty may exclude battery degradation over time or failures caused by non-compliance with proper charging procedures.
  • Third-Party Accessories: Damages caused by the use of third-party accessories, components, or modifications not explicitly approved by the manufacturer are not covered.
  • Failure to Provide Proof of Purchase: Warranty claims may require proof of purchase, and failure to provide such documentation may result in the exclusion of the product from warranty coverage.

Well build & sturdy

The product is very well build, it comes with a max 45kg load capacity.
Initially I thought of buying Alen brand, but showroom person suggested me to go with this brand as it was well build & reliable for 3 cycle capacity.
It fitted well with my fiat punto.
The showroom person helped me in assembling the carrier & mounting it on my car.
My new trek marlin fitted well with this carrier. After buying it I traveled almost 150km on a highway, the bicycle was sturdy (my car speed was around 70kmph).
Overall this is a nice product if you are frequently travelling.

Product feels sturdy. Comes with edge protectors for car, where clips are installed. Foam on the frame feels of good quality.
