Good overview for beginners on the basics. Found it useful. Some of it requires more hands on experience and difficult to absorb immediately , so links or videos if shared would help further.

A must attend for Beginners

Being new to cycling, I used to be nervous on long rides with the thought of something going wrong. This course led by Rupert is an excellent ground to learn the basics. It helped me take the bold steps to get the rear tyre off, get the tube out and fix it back. I wouldn’t have done it without this workshop.

Absolutely great session

I thoroughly enjoyed the session and a learnt many things in one hour. Rupert managed the session very well, explained the concepts in great detail and with interest, and responded very well to questions from each of the participant. I would recommend the session to everyone who is just starting with cycling. Have a good time!
