Great !! Great!!!

I had my first bike giant escape 3 on Jan and unfortunately missed my first bootcamp. My buying experience from bumsonthesaddle online was great, as compare to my friend who brought same bike from Calicut showroom. But As a newbie in cycling, and as I missed my free bootcamp, I had service doubts, the service section was good enough to listen to my issues and arranged another free bootcamp. Thanks to Mr Sumit Singh, you 've covered all concerns. The presentation was interactive, informative and entertaining!!! Thumbs up!!!

Was perfect for beginners

The bootcamp covered all the things needed for a beginner from washing the bike, changing tyres, degreaser to be used etc.

Well presented

Well packaged content, clearly presented. But the content demands a hands on session. Even fixing a flat seems a struggle without the hands on training.
