The Polygon Path 2 combines speed, agility and style in an urban bike. Designed by combining the efficiency of a road bike with a specific commuter geometry. This bike features a tough and light AL6 frame, an alloy rigid fork, hydraulic disc brakes and 700x35c tires for a comfortable ride. The Path 2 is the perfect bike for social rides with friends or for dodging traffic to make it to a meeting on time.

Polygon Bicycles are covered by the following warranty terms ensuring freedom from defects in materials and workmanship.

Warranty Coverage Period:

1. For bike frame and non-suspension fork:

  • Alloy based frame and fork: 10 years
  • Carbon based frame and fork: 5 years
  • Steel based frame and fork: 5 years
  • Dual suspension series frame: 5 years
  • E-bike frame: 5 years
  • Trid & Trid ZZ series frame and fork: 2 years

2. ENTITY-branded parts and electricity components equipped on E-bike : 2 (two) years since the date of purchase.

3. Paint and sticker are not covered in this warranty.

4. Warranty does not cover wear items such as: bearings, bushings, tires, tubes, rims, brake pads, brake and shifter cables-casings-hose, chains, gears, handle grips, bar tapes, and saddles which are subject to varying wear life depending on use, load, weather, road conditions etc.

Exclusions
  • Misuse or Negligence: The warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, abuse, or negligent handling of the products, including but not limited to improper installation, disassembly, or modification.
  • Unauthorized Repairs or Alterations: Any attempt to repair or alterations by individuals or service providers not authorized by the manufacturer will void the warranty.
  • Natural Wear and Tear: Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic deterioration, scratches, dents and fading over time, are excluded from the warranty coverage.
  • Accidents or External Forces: Damages caused by accidents, improper packing, collisions, unauthorized tampering or exposure to extreme external forces (e.g., impacts, falls, or severe weather conditions) are not covered under this warranty.
  • Incompatible Use: The warranty does not extend to damages resulting from using the products in ways inconsistent with their intended purpose or specifications.
  • Failure to Follow Instructions: Damages arising from a failure to follow the product's operating instructions, guidelines, or recommended practices as outlined in the user manual are not covered.
  • Battery Exclusions: For products with rechargeable Lithium-ion batteries, the warranty may exclude battery degradation over time or failures caused by non-compliance with proper charging procedures.
  • Third-Party Accessories: Damages caused by the use of third-party accessories, components, or modifications not explicitly approved by the manufacturer are not covered.
  • Failure to Provide Proof of Purchase: Warranty claims may require proof of purchase, and failure to provide such documentation may result in the exclusion of the product from warranty coverage.
  • Exclusion for Water Damage: Any damage relating to damage caused by water because some products are water repellant but not Water Proof
  • Non-specified conditions: Not includes damaged caused to products by improper accessories or improper fittings or for use in non specified conditions

  • Service must be performed by Brand or an authorized reseller.
  • Insurance, handling and transportation charges to Brand Distributor shall be borne by Customer.
  • For some products registration is required to extend the warranty. Failure to register voids extended warranty
  • The decision to replace or repair a product is influenced by the brand and various factors

Derailleur hanger problem

There seems to be some strange issue with either the path 2 series or my particular bike. Twice in the last 3 months the derailleur hanger just snapped.

Not charity on why this happened. Never faced such a failure in my 12 plus years of cycling.

Bike which was not even in my list.

To be honest I was looking for Giant escape 3 but because of no stock and with the recommendation i received from BOTS decided on this bike. It was not even in my list of bikes.
Cycling after a very long time, I was looking for a hybrid to start with, I would say this bike is an excellent choice. I have now completed almost 300+km and the comfort level is not bad. Was worried about the "saddle sores" but these seats are not at all bad. Am not using any gel pad or anything but it's pretty good. Not saying no pain, but it is, I guess is comparatively less in comparison with the reviews I have read about other cycle saddles.
I am 6.1 and the size of the cycle is XL, the seating position is good and the reach and width of the handle bar is also not bad.What I don't like is the pedal, it seems to be small for me, or I have to get used to it other than that, an excellent bike. 
It's not even a month since I purchased it, so I will try to write a long term detailed user review after some months. Thanks again BOTS for suggesting it.

The bike was in pretty good condition when received. Assembled it myself and after riding it for about a month I would like to share my experience:
The bicycle is good for the price. You will need to make some adjustments which will require some knowledge about how a bicycle works.
Learn and experience how to fit the bicycle to your body as it will give you a much better experience and it is irrespective of the bicycle you have.

2021 path 2 is much better than it’s previous generation. Ride quality is much better. This bicycle runs smooth and I am happy to have this bicycle.
