Disappointed, products not matching description

Ordered the Ruby Products Spinshield Air cycling sunglasses. The pair I received were Asian Fit (this was not mentioned at time of order). The nose bridge is too narrow as a result and the fit is horrible. I have been trying to convince them to either exchange it with a pair that is a regular fit or provide a refund and have been turned down. These are unusable by me and I am very disappointed by the fact that I received a product wrongly specified and a thereafter refusal to replace.

I also bought a Ruby Products Overlap sunglasses. The frame in the image on their website is darkish grey whereas in reality it is a light transparent silverish blue. Another case of poor product image.

I am just disappointed with my experience with purchasing from Bumsonthesaddle and their refusal to do anything for incorrect size and picture representation.
