WARRANTY

Specialized Bicycles are covered by the following warranty terms ensuring freedom from defects in materials and workmanship.

Lifetime warranty to the original owner against structural defects in material or workmanship on ALL models of Specialized-branded frames and forks (For Registered Bikes Only). Includes seatstays and chainstays on full-suspension bikes
Does not include suspension forks and suspension parts
Does not include paint and graphics
Unregistered Bikes are covered by a 2 Year Warranty
Subsequent Owners (second or later) are covered by a 2 year warranty from date of original retail purchase by original purchaser.

All other original parts shall be covered exclusively by the stated warranty of their original manufacturer.

Exclusions

Misuse or Negligence: The warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, abuse, or negligent handling of the products, including but not limited to improper installation, disassembly, or modification.
Unauthorized Repairs or Alterations: Any attempt to repair or alter the bicycle lights by individuals or service providers not authorized by the manufacturer will void the warranty.
Natural Wear and Tear: Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic deterioration, scratches, and fading over time, are excluded from the warranty coverage.
Accidents or External Forces: Damages caused by accidents, collisions, or exposure to extreme external forces (e.g., impacts, falls, or severe weather conditions) are not covered under this warranty.
Incompatible Use: The warranty does not extend to damages resulting from using the bicycle lights & Computers in ways inconsistent with their intended purpose or specifications.
Failure to Follow Instructions: Damages arising from a failure to follow the product's operating instructions, guidelines, or recommended practices as outlined in the user manual are not covered.
Battery Exclusions: For products with rechargeable batteries, the warranty may exclude battery degradation over time or failures caused by non-compliance with proper charging procedures.
Third-Party Accessories: Damages caused by the use of third-party accessories, components, or modifications not explicitly approved by the manufacturer are not covered.
Failure to Provide Proof of Purchase: Warranty claims may require proof of purchase, and failure to provide such documentation may result in the exclusion of the product from warranty coverage.
